Community of Practice

The importance of continued lifelong learning and consistent practice (praxis) is fundamental to the awakening of Humanity Intelligence and manifesting Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL). Humanity Intelligence – Radical Transformational Leadership is not just a theory of change, but primarily the praxis of change. Sustained effort in learning and practice is essential to integrate inner commitment (Being) with our worldviews (Thinking) and outer results (Action), ensuring that the transformation is enduring and effective.

The purpose of this initiative is to create continued learning and practice programs with alumni to foster the praxis of change, requiring self-discipline, reflection, and systematic application of Humanity Intelligence- Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) tools and templates. This supports our Alumni to generate concrete results by continuously deepening personal transformation and ensuring that the transformative tools and techniques become a moment-to-moment way of being-in-action, fostering a culture of continuous lifelong learning and praxis.

RTL Book Clubs

RTL Book clubs are popular because members not only discuss what is written in the book , but share incidents and examples from their own lives. Some book clubs are with alumni and others with those who come across the book and want to know more. The purpose is to enhance learning-in-action for generating enduring and equitable results and to support members of the book club who wish to establish learning circles. Members meet weekly for 32 sessions.

Triad Calls, Peer Learning & Coaching

These are held fortnightly based on the request of members of a triad. Triad calls are an integral part of HI-RTL workshops, providing weekly peer learning sessions where participants exchange insights from practicing HI-RTL tools and templates. There are structured coaching calls every two weeks where Practitioner Coach joins the triads to process and synthesise the insights from practice for practical application and learning. Several alumni organise triads on their own, finding this a useful support structure for their own work. Some self-organise triads and continue to meet for 10 years! Alumni can continue triad calls post-workshop, supporting ongoing learning, practice and peer engagement.

*Recommendation for Alumni-We encourage alumni to maintain their triads or create new ones and recommend meeting fortnightly for sustained learning and reflection.
