Sindhu Luna is a humanitarian and development professional who cares deeply about actualising justice and peace for all sentient beings on Earth. Trained in social work at TISS, Mumbai, she is interested in climate and risk-informed humanitarian response. A Stage-I alumna of RTL, she is committed to nurturing systems and cultural shifts through principled action, and unfolding universal values emerge within herself and others.

Rupesh Sharma worked with children and communities across India, designing and facilitating art-based workshops to encourage creativity, self-expression, and emotional awareness. For Rupesh, RTL represents a space of compassion, reflection, and collective learning, bringing together people who care deeply about human well-being and are committed to creating more mindful and supportive communities.
