Training Practitioner Coaches

In our work, we are all in practice first and then coach others – hence the term ‘Practitioner Coach’. The purpose of the Humanity Intelligence – Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) Practitioner Coach Training and Coaching Programmes is to develop a new generation of certified Humanity Intelligence-Radical Transformational Leadership Practitioner Coaches equipped to deliver Humanity Intelligence (HI), Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) and Conscious Full-Spectrum Response (CFSR) programmes with rigour, integrity, and greater efficacy. The programme aims to embed the best global practices, harness technology for building capabilities, and ensure coaches can generate equitable, systemic, and enduring results in diverse development and business contexts.

Practitioner Coach Training for Excellence

As part of our commitment to excellence and equitable results at scale, from 2010 onward we developed programmes to train interested participants from the Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) Alumni community to learn how to design and deliver Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) learning-in-action programmes in different countries. In 2023, through the RTL-Academy, we decided to standardise Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) practitioner coaching methodology, tools, and techniques for Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) practitioners worldwide. Based on the collective learning of participants in two workshops, as well as our work in Humanity Intelligence, we are rolling out the newly designed Practitioner Coaches programme.

The Humanity Intelligence-Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) Practitioner Coach Training Programme is designed to systematically enhance the capability of dedicated practitioners to become certified Practitioner-Coaches (PCs). Building on the foundational components of the Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) practices developed by Dr. Monica Sharma, and the new dimensions of Humanity Intelligence, the programme will integrate AI-assisted assessments and digitised feedback mechanisms. This shall ensure real-time, rigorous, and equitable values-based coaching development aligned with global standards for ethical leadership, personal, and social transformation for Peace, Prosperity and a Flourishing Planet.
