While the words may change, the transformative practices of HI-RTL resonate in every culture and language. In our earlier Hindi workshop, participants immersed themselves in the HI-RTL practices, connecting deeply with their greatest potential. They shared how they had applied the tools and templates in both their personal and professional lives. For example, improving collaboration, making conscious choices in daily work based on universal values, and influencing broader systems and cultural practices in their organizations and communities. Learning sparked reflection and meaningful action, demonstrating how HI-RTL practices translate into practical, real-world impact.

Offering the workshop in both languages allows participants to learn and engage deeply in the language they connect with most. Open to all change-makers wanting to generate equitable and sustainable results for well-being.

Humanity Intelligence Capabilities will be enhanced through project -based learning. The program will be delivered in English with some Tamil and Hindi translation. Open to all change-makers wanting to generate equitable and sustainable results for well-being.
Youth Programme: Universal Ethics and Youth Leadership 2027
Duration: 30 Hours | Online | Sundays, 16 May – 18 July 2027
Hindi cohort: 2:00 PM–5:00 PM IST
A 30-hour online learning-in-action course for young change-makers who want to lead with universal values, ethics, and generate impact. Participants in the programme connect with their inner capacities and embody dignity, fairness, and compassion. They learn tools, and templates, work on experiential projects for critical and creative thinking, generative conversations, and results-focused action. Guided by Dr. Monica Sharma’s Conscious Full-Spectrum Response model, it strengthens participants’ inner capacities, ability to create equitable and sustainable change, and enables them to lead transformative initiatives in their communities, families and workplace while connecting with a network of like-minded young leaders.
