HIA-RTL Constellation
A Global Constellation of Practice and Results
In our work, constellation means entities or people that connect, organize themselves, and operate in a particular recognizable way, based on universal values of dignity, equity, and compassion. They establish equitable and sustainable systems and cultural norms and proactively respond to solving the problems facing them at any given time, which in turn impacts humanity and the planet.
In our constellation we connect through resonance, through an entity, group, family or person simply because we are attuned to each other, operating from universal values of dignity, fairness, compassion, shifting unworkable systems and norms.
- Partners – Integrate Humanity Intelligence-RTL and CFSR tools in all their work- for example, strategy development, meetings, programme design, recruitment, on-boarding. All members of the organisation learn and practice Humanity Intelligence-RTL and CFSR tools. The partner entity has practitioner coaches who design and deliver Humanity Intelligence-RTL and CFSR tools to generate results related to peace, prosperity or flourishing planet, and retain the integrity of the process as well as essential quality and rigour. They organise regular (e.g. weekly) learning sessions for staff and their implementing partners.
- Affiliates – Learn and use Humanity Intelligence-RTL and CFSR tools in specific programmes. They may engage in regular learning activities.
Action at scale for a paradigm shift is inextricably linked in the way we connect, operate, and organize institutions, projects, initiatives, and ideas.
- Unique Structure: Every person and entity in a constellation is simultaneously the centre, the periphery, and the field.
- Own energy and Own light: Every person and entity are self-inspired and act as a source of inspiration for others to commit to action, experiencing the joy of BEING in action.
- Independent and Resonant Interdependence: Each entity is unique and operates independently yet remains resonant and interdependent with other entities and the planet via shared values of dignity, fairness, compassion and commitment to further peace, prosperity and a flourishing planet.
- Sources and operates from our inherent oneness: members are awake to their inherent oneness, generating worldviews that transcend conventional “us-them” dichotomies and exclusionary “isms”.
- Is a CFSR Fractal: pattern of each entity or person within the constellation is a CFSR fractal as practitioners, thus is designed for action and results at scale.
- Self-Organization: Participants self-organize without the need for external pressures and notice the integrity of their strategies and actions to drive self-correcting mechanisms.
