Daljeet Kaur Wadhwa is the Founding Director of the Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts and Creativity (SACAC), New Delhi, an institution founded with the vision of integrating spiritual and human values into media and arts education. Over the past two and a half decades, she has played a key role in shaping SACAC into a vibrant learning space that fosters creativity, consciousness, and professional excellence.
She holds a Master’s degree in Accounts and Statistics from Indore, along with a Master Diploma in Fashion Design and Communication from Delhi. A practising Radical Transformation Leadership Coach, Daljeet is a passionate advocate of lifelong learning and continually engages in programs and workshops focused on leadership development, personal growth, and the arts.
A lifelong student of the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, Daljeet’s journey has been guided by the aspiration to embody Sri Aurobindo’s vision that “All Life is Yoga.” Her work is dedicated to nurturing conscious leadership, inner transformation, and meaningful learning experiences that enable individuals to discover their potential, live with purpose, and contribute positively to the world around them.

Heba Wanis is a researcher in public health and development. She is interested in access to medicines as a fundamental component of the right to health, and particularly focuses on pharmaceutical policy, drug regulation, pricing and intellectual property. She has authored and contributed to several publications in this area. Wanis has worked and consulted for several organisations such as the UNDP, WHO, UN Women, the South Centre, the Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights, People’s Health Movement and Plan International. She currently works with Third World Network. Wanis studied pharmaceutical sciences and holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Edinburgh and a M.A. in Community Psychology from the American University in Cairo.

Dr. Khadija Moalla is an internationally recognized expert in development policy, international law, and governance, with over three decades of experience spanning academia, global institutions, and high-level advisory roles. She holds a PhD in International Public Law from Paris V University, France, and has served for more than 10 years in senior leadership positions within the United Nations system. Her areas of expertise include development and humanitarian law, human rights, gender equality, HIV/AIDS and public health, governance, access to justice, and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including CCA/UNSDCF and VNR/VLR processes. Dr. Moalla is also a certified transformational leadership coach and a sought-after speaker and trainer, having delivered capacity-development and policy advisory services in over 60 countries, in the five continents. She has advised governments, parliaments, UN agencies, civil society organizations, media, academia, and private sector leaders. A prolific author, she has published over 300 works, including 15 peer-reviewed articles in Arabic, French, and English. Her contributions have been widely recognized, including the UN Leadership Innovative South-South Award and the EU Lina Ben Mhenni Award. She currently serves as a Global Fund TRP expert and a jury member of the Shanghai Award.

Megan is the CEO of Impact Launch, a collective of social impact professionals that work across the nonprofit, local government and philanthropy ecosystem for equitable and sustainable outcomes. Megan has worked for over two decades with community-based organizations and multi-sector collaboratives to facilitate leadership development, strategic planning, capacity building and project design. As Executive Director of Rise Together, a multi-county initiative to cut poverty in the Bay Area, Megan implemented a 250-member coalition for policy and systems change, addressing issues of employment, affordable housing and early childhood education. Megan was recognized with the 2015 National Community Indicators Consortium Leader award for her work using community indicators as a catalyst for change to reduce youth violence.

Megan is a practitioner of Radical Transformational Leadership with Dr. Monica Sharma, and over the last 12 years launched several RTL programs rooted in California that have trained over 1,800 change makers to design and implement change in their organizations and communities. Megan serves on the Board of the Community Foundation of Nevada County and United Way Nevada County and is an advisor for One of Us Global Foundation.

Liberation, Compassion, and Justice for self, all people, and the planet guide Paramita Banerjee’s life and work. Her introduction to Dr Monica Sharma’s model of Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) in 2004 helped her identify and articulate these values more consciously.

As the Founder and Chief Functionary of DIKSHA, Paramita has worked alongside young people and women from marginalised communities for over three decades, creating spaces where they can challenge limiting narratives and realise their full potential as leaders. She has integrated RTL principles into her organisational leadership and is working to make RTL resources accessible in Bengali.

A MacArthur Fellow for Leadership Development and an Ashoka Global Fellow, Paramita is also a writer, editor, and translator committed to amplifying voices that are often spoken about but seldom heard. Her co-edited Bengali anthologies enable women in the sex trade to tell their own stories and reshape public discourse on their lives.

Robyn McKeen is a founding practitioner of Impact Launch with over fifteen years of experience leading social service programs and multi-sector initiatives in the areas of children and family wellbeing, behavioral health, and homelessness. Rooted in compassion and a belief in everyone’s full potential, Robyn supports individuals and teams with coaching, strategic planning, project management, and organizational systems that turn vision into results for communities. In her role as Coordinated Entry Director, she led the strategic planning and implementation process of Santa Cruz County’s homeless coordinated entry system. Robyn currently supports the expansion of integrated behavioral health and social emotional learning within the Santa Cruz County education system, and serves on the Board at Family Services Agency of the Central Coast. Robyn has practiced the Radical Transformational Leadership framework since 2013, and has trained over 1,800 changemakers through values-based leadership development and capacity building programs. Robyn earned her BA in Cultural Anthropology at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Dr. Sanjeev Ranganathan deeply cares about self-awareness and personal growth. He works on his own personal growth and in creating an environment for others to grow. He did his B.Tech (1996) and M.S.by research (1999) at IITM and Ph.D from Columbia University. He has received the Lewis Winner Award for the best paper at ISSCC. He has created products used by over a billion people working with Silicon Labs, ST Ericsson, Aura Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd.

While doing his PhD he volunteered with Asha for Education through which he interacted with over 85 alternative schools over 13 years. He then moved to Auroville to work on integral education with children and youth.
He is the founder of C3STREAM land Designs a commercial unit that supports rural youth learn, grow, work, and teach. Youth learn and consult in Programming, and VLSI Design and simultaneously volunteer to facilitate STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics) education and leadership for children in schools. STEM Land runs Becoming and Being a Shifu (Master) a one-year residential program to develop skills, competencies, and inner capacities in youth.

The progress of children and facilitators through Radical Transformational Leadership tools and this collaborative learning environment is documented in research papers at international conferences.

He is the principal of the AIAT (Auroville Institute of Applied Technology) where developing the inner capacity in youth has been incorporated in creating an undergraduate B.Voc program. He is an executive of the Isai Ambalam School a research school for children from the villages around Auroville that integrates values, culture, STEAM around the development of the integral personality.

As an executive of Sri Aurobindo Institute of International Educational Research (SAIIER), he looks to support over 50 Auroville educational initiatives to move beyond silos and actively engage and interact with each other to deepen and enrich the experience of children and Integral Educational practitioners. He is a Radical Transformational Leadership practitioner coach and a Vipassana meditation practitioner.

Shebreh Kalantari-Johnson, MSW, brings over two decades of experience dedicated to public health, and policy development through equity-centered systems change. As Co-Founder of Impact Launch, she partners with public agencies and nonprofits across California to design strategic plans, manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, and implement organizational growth and change. Shebreh has led cross-sector efforts addressing childhood obesity, youth substance use, youth and young adult homelessness, juvenile justice reform, and immigration. As a practitioner of Dr. Monica Sharma’s Radical Transformational Leadership, Shebreh has implemented the framework for over a decade and has supported the leadership training of hundreds of individuals. An experienced grant writer, she has secured $100M+ for health, education, and social service programs. Elected to the Santa Cruz City Council in 2020, Shebreh has advanced policy initiatives that institutionalize supports for children and families-including Children & Youth Bill of Rights, Santa Cruz Children’s Fund, and Sugar-Sweetened Beverage. Shebreh is a NewDeal Leader and a Rodel Institute Fellow. Shebreh holds a B.A. in Psychology and French/Francophonie Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an Masters in Social Work from San Jose State University.

Sudha Kothari is a committed social development practitioner and transformational leader who stands for the realization of full human potential, grounded in empathy and compassion for self and others. After a brief academic stint, she devoted herself to grassroots work. In 1993, she founded Chaitanya. Chaitanya plays a key role in Maharashtra’s Self-Help Group movement, promoting self-reliant SHG Federations and capacity building for Gender resource centres in Chattisgarh with the govt.

Over the past five years, her engagement with Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) has led to meaningful inner and programmatic shifts, especially in addressing issues of single women. She actively practices RTL tools and design templates to bring coherence, depth, and transformational impact to her projects.

She contributes to the governance of other not for profits and sectoral leadership.
