Robyn McKeen
Robyn McKeen is a founding practitioner of Impact Launch with over fifteen years of experience leading social service programs and multi-sector initiatives in the areas of children and family wellbeing, behavioral health, and homelessness. Rooted in compassion and a belief in everyone’s full potential, Robyn supports individuals and teams with coaching, strategic planning, project management, and organizational systems that turn vision into results for communities. In her role as Coordinated Entry Director, she led the strategic planning and implementation process of Santa Cruz County’s homeless coordinated entry system. Robyn currently supports the expansion of integrated behavioral health and social emotional learning within the Santa Cruz County education system, and serves on the Board at Family Services Agency of the Central Coast. Robyn has practiced the Radical Transformational Leadership framework since 2013, and has trained over 1,800 changemakers through values-based leadership development and capacity building programs. Robyn earned her BA in Cultural Anthropology at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
