Monica Sharma, trained as a physician and epidemiologist, worked for the United Nations since 1988 for 22 years. Currently, she engages worldwide as an International Expert and Practitioner on Leadership Development for sustainable and equitable change. She works with United Nations, Universities, Management Institutions, governments, business, media and civil society organizations. She is the author of the award- winning book “Radical Transformational Leadership: Strategic Action for Change Agents”. She created a unique response –a conscious full-spectrum response model – based on extensive application that generated equitable and sustainable results related to several Sustainable Development Goals, worldwide. As a practitioner, her proven track record of generating measurable results at scale, expertise related to achieving sustainable development goals as well as enhancing leadership on every continent, are unique.

Charles Kerchner is Professor Emeritus in the School of Educational Studies at Claremont Graduate University. He specializes in studying institutional change, learning systems, leadership, education and society, and teacher organizations. Through his 40-year academic career, he is the author, editor or contributor to 28 books, more than 30 articles in juried academic journals, and more than 300 articles in newspapers and other media. He has been a visiting scholar at the University of London, the University of Melbourne, and the University of California. His current work extends his academic research and links it to a dream that people of goodwill would create a new language linking what they deeply care about to action to sustain humanity on this planet, bring peace, and spread prosperity.

He is also the CEO at RTLWorks, which is furthering radical transformational leadership worldwide.

Muthu Kumaran is a civil engineer and a remote sensing-GIS specialist by education, a human geographer, a transdisciplinary development professional by choice, and a Radical Transformational Leadership coach by training and practice. He has been a consultant and coach since 2013 for various programmes in the domains of education, skill development, organisational development, disaster management, ecology, livelihoods, gender, disability, policy and governance, citizen science, social impact, community development and ethical leadership. He is also a student and practitioner in fostering agency, strengthening and scaling grassroots initiatives.

Chitra deeply cares about dignity and equity of people, and it is the foundation of her work in the community. She is professionally qualified social worker and has been working in the field of disability and community mental health over the past twenty-five years in an urban slum in Mumbai. She heads the organization Vidya Vardhini Foundation Trust whose objective is to foster dignity, inclusion and full potential for children and young adults with disability by meeting their education , health and vocational training needs.

Glasika Verma cares deeply about humanity, joy and happiness. She trained as an engineer and thereafter pursued professional social work counselling at the Tata Institute of Social sciences, Guwahati. She works closely with marginalised communities to foster well-being and empathy. Glasika is a Humanity Intelligence-Radical Transformational Leadership Practitioner Coach and has been trained in using the Humanity Intelligence-Radical Transformational Leadership tools and templates and applies them in her work on promoting wellbeing in the school and higher education. She works in the field of mental health and emotional learning (SEL) for schoolchildren. She is a member of the Humanity Intelligence-Radical Transformational Leadership Global Mental Health community of practice. She is also the program coordinator in RTLWorks.
