Language Hubs
We see language as a critical vehicle for depth and accessibility, moving beyond technical translation, to ensure that profound concepts are resonant in a participant’s “mother tongue” in Humanity Intelligence (HI)-Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL). There are several hubs where painstaking translation and delivery of Humanity Intelligence-RTL tools have taken place. Feedback from practitioner coaches many and participants reveal that the tools and techniques of Humanity Intelligence-RTL are often easier to grasp in one’s mother tongue. Using a participant’s primary language allows them to connect more deeply with their innate capacities and universal values without the limitations of the second language as the linguistic learning framework.
Translation in the Humanity Intelligence -RTL context is never merely literal; it is a rigorous process of conveying meaning. Translators often find or create new words to move beyond polarising political, social and religious interpretations, ensuring the words used convey the meaning, are accessible and do not trigger bias. New terminology is pretested in the field with community members to ensure it generates the intended insights and actions.
The book Radical Transformational Leadership by Monica Sharma is available in Hindi, French, Spanish, Arabic, and soon in Tamil.
Hindi
Over 600 million people speak Hindi, making it the 3rd most spoken language in the world.
While the words may change, the transformative practices of HI-RTL resonate in every culture and language. In our earlier Hindi workshop, participants immersed themselves in the HI-RTL practices, connecting deeply with their greatest potential. They shared how they had applied the tools and templates in both their personal and professional lives. For example, improving collaboration, making conscious choices in daily work based on universal values, and influencing broader systems and cultural practices in their organizations and communities. Learning sparked reflection and meaningful action, demonstrating how HI-RTL practices translate into practical, real-world impact.

In Fall 2025, Impact Launch.org completed its first-ever Spanish-language cohort of Liderazgo, Equidad y Oportunidad (LEO — Leadership for Equity and Opportunity)—a Radical Transformational Leadership intensive designed specifically for Spanish-speaking leaders advancing equity and sustainable social change.
Originally envisioned more than a decade ago, LEO marks a powerful milestone in expanding access to high-impact leadership development for monolingual Spanish-speaking changemakers. Guided by Spanish Speaking Practitioner Coaches, Annabelle Berrios and Kaki Rusmore, 40 participants from 15 organizations across California, and Nicaragua completed the four-day intensive, applying transformational leadership and project design tools directly to real-world initiatives.
Learning Labs and gatherings for alumni, a foundational RTL program and additional PC training will be offered soon to expand this emerging initiative.
