The programmes through the Humanity Intelligence Academy enhance capabilities for results. This work is about emergence anchored in equity, dignity and compassion- unpredictable but with direction, generating new possibilities.
There is hope amidst today’s turmoil. In 2015, all 193 United Nations Member States adopted the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030. For the first time ever, there was agreement by all countries, academia, corporations and civil society. Through the pledge to ‘Leave No One Behind’, countries committed to fast-track progress for those furthest behind first; that is Equity is its basis.
However, even though we had the resources and technology to accomplish far more related to the SDGs in the last decade, destructive decisions halted and reversed progress. With this unprecedented agreement we could establish equity, well-being, peace, prosperity and a thriving planet; but only if we enhance our Humanity Intelligence, using the well-tested tools and design templates of RTL and more.

Designs In Systems for Peace, Prosperity and Flourishing Planet
Participants learn and use Transformative architecture based on equity, dignity and compassion for strategic action for their projects. They understand the complexity of causality, the nature of probability rather than certainty, and the nature of risk and array of outcomes. They learn and design to generate the immense unpredictable possibilities that arise from emergent phenomenon based on equity, dignity and compassion. Humanity Intelligence – Radical Transformational Leaders learn to think and act strategically; innovate and embrace change; have the drive to achieve results for impact; manage ambiguity and complexity; and build resilience.
Practitioner Coach Training for Excellence
In our work, we are all in practice first and then coach others – hence the term ‘Practitioner Coach’.
The purpose of the Humanity Intelligence – RTL Practitioner Coach Training and Coaching Programmes is to develop a new generation of certified HI-RTL Practitioner Coaches equipped to deliver Humanity Intelligence (HI), Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) and Conscious Full Spectrum Response (CFSR) programmes with rigour, integrity, and greater efficacy. The programme aims to embed the best global practices, harness technology for building capabilities, and ensure coaches can generate equitable, systemic, and enduring results in diverse development and business contexts.
Communities of Practice
The importance of continued lifelong learning and consistent practice (praxis) is fundamental to the awakening of Humanity Intelligence and manifesting Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL). Humanity Intelligence – RTL is not just a theory of change, but primarily the praxis of change. Sustained effort in learning and practice is essential to integrate inner commitment (Being) with our worldviews (Thinking) and outer results (Action), ensuring that the transformation is enduring and effective.
The purpose of this initiative is to create continued learning and practice programs with alumni to foster the praxis of change, requiring self-discipline, reflection, and systematic application of Humanity Intelligence- RTL tools and templates. This supports our Alumni to generate concrete results by continuously deepening personal transformation and ensuring that the transformative tools and techniques become a moment-to-moment way of being-in-action, fostering a culture of continuous lifelong learning and praxis.
