In a world that constantly poses challenges, it becomes important to support each other, so that we manifest humanity intelligence to transcend these challenges and be in continuous action. Awareness and information enhance knowledge about addiction and rehabilitation, giving support along with counselling and medical support. To realize the potential and well-being of people, it is important to go beyond such partial solutions, and be in action, by sourcing one’s inner capacity to shift life-depleting systems, structures, norms and activities. By doing so, we foster self-responsibility, agency and well-being for all. The Conscious Full Spectrum Response model is a foundational design template to shift systems and norms that perpetuate substance abuse, through sourcing universal values. We need to design and implement strategies for fulfilling careers and lives.
